The County seeks an independent assessment of its current computing and telephone environment that is jointly operated in its current configuration with the City of Aspen. The Information Technology (IT) Department providing services to the County is administrated by the City of Aspen. The Department provides technical support for hardware and peripheral equipment as well as Network planning, administration, architecture, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution; help desk functions and operational support. A current list of County/City applications (Attachment A) and Network Map (Attachment B) are provided as examples the systems currently in place.
